- NA PUJOLA vintage 2018 is available from October 2021 -

NA PUJOLA – translated: “the wine hill”, refers to historical data about the Finca indicating that the grounds were used as vineyards as early as 1590. A selection of the best vines and their grapes place this wine at the top of the quality pyramid. Matured for 24 months in new barrels made from Russian and French oak, NA PUJOLA is truly special. With an incredibly concentrated intensity & depth, a fascinating bouquet of dark berries, strong fruit notes on the palate, it is dominant, expressive, versatile and with a vivid finish.

The dark, dense, deep red color in combination with the complex glycerine richness that shows at the edge of the glass when swirled characterize this gently developed, mature wine.

The perception of juicy, black berry fruits combine with the fragrance of the delicately integrated aromas of the perennial Barrique expansion

On the palate there is a balanced, intense interplay between the grape aromas, the delicate acidity, the incorporated alcohol as well as the Barrique notes of coffee, marzipan and pipe tobacco.
Power, richness and complexity of the wine create a pronounced intense warmth in the finish and ensure a long reverberation.

The wine with its extensive aging potential is ideal to pair with every menu highlight of spicy, strong dishes. It also pairs well with desserts such as dark chocolate Mousse au chocolat and that ‘cigar-after’!
